Professional Duties, Training, & Skills Summary

Production Management responsibilities overseeing, supervising and managing projects/productions and crew for time efficiency, keeping within budgetary limits and managing tight deadlines.

Create budgets and timelines for any type of project/production.

Work as a Liaison between the client and team for terminology, communication, trouble-shooting, and provide daily/weekly status reports on delays and negotiate revised deadlines if needed.

Set up processes and training for project/production management and teams/crews, including Department Heads, supervisors, and coordinators to facilitate their tasks on projects/productions.
